Senior Litigation Paralegal

Jennifer Turner is a senior litigation paralegal at Jordan Woodward Cathey who assists the attorneys in all phases of litigation, from filing all the way through trial. She has 10 years of experience in a variety of personal injury cases including product liability, medical malpractice, wrongful death and other complex litigation.

Jennifer’s work involves regular contact with clients, managing the discovery process, maintaining the case calendar, meeting deadlines and drafting pleadings. She acts as a communication liaison between the attorneys, clients, experts, opposing counsel and the courts and assists clients with answering discovery requests and guiding them through the litigation process. She manages the firm’s operations and helps prepare cases for depositions, hearings and trials, providing essential support during the trial process.

Jennifer graduated from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Forensic Behavioral Science. She also earned her Paralegal Certification from the University of Georgia. Jennifer has been a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association since 2012 and is Notary Public in Fulton County, Georgia.

She enjoys traveling and spending time with her Chihuahua, Tico.
